No Nap For Me

Well, when I left work, I was planning on coming home and sleeping for a couple of hours cuz the Ex has the kids. But the weather was glorious and I pondered riding my bike. Then I got home and thought I should go ahead and trim back the tree so I don't put an eye out next time I mow. I settled on doing that last thing. Cut back the branches and now my tree looks much better.

Then I thought, well, I'm gonna lie down for an hour and a half. Yes, as someone called me, I AM a nap whore. But the Ex called 5 minutes ago and said he's bringing the kids back at 6. Not 7. As in, half an hour from now 6.

Damn it.

I guess I'll just go "rest" on the couch now and wait for the dog to freak when she hears the Ex's car pull into the driveway.

No whorin' for me.
